Functions of all participants
Update Personal Data: allows you to keep your persoanl data up to date, to change your password and to choose memberships.
Manage Authoring Activities: tool to submit abstracts, full papers, publication- and presentation-material.
Book additional Services: booking of special services like a hardcopy of the proceedings, exhibition booth, reservations for accompanying persons, excursions etc.; requires your final registration; bookings can be carried out as long as the deadline of a certain service is not yet exceeded and the service is not yet fully occupied.
Final Registration:

Is your binding registration for ICEBI 07; provides your unique registration-ID and calculates the total costs.
- Please check your memberships (e. g. student, member of the ÖGBMT) before final registration with
Update Personal Data. You will
be asked for a confirmation at the registration desk. If membership entitles you to a reduced fee
and you cannot confirm your membership, you will be charged with the difference to the full fee.
After final registration no modifications of memberships will be possible any more.
- Payments are only be possible with credit cards. During the registration process you will be asked
to provide your credit-card type and credit-card details. With your final registration you empower us to charge the calculated amount of money.
- You will be asked to identify the papers you will present at the conference. A maximum of 2 presentations
per person is admissible.
- You can book additional services like hardcopies of the conference proceedings, excursions, additional
tickets for the gala dinner etc. during final registration. This feature is optional, bookings can also be done (or completed) later
with Book additional services.
- Cancellations of bookings are not possible inside the Access Centre; if you have serious reasons to cancel a booking or your whole registration, you have to directly contact the ICEBI-office via e-mail; cancellations are possible only until June 30, 2007. A handling fee of 30 Euro will be charged for all cancellations.
- Accommodations cannot be booked inside the Access Centre. Please book directly at Graz-Tourism.
- Your registration-data and booking-informations are automatically transferred to Graz-Tourism, which is an official institution of the City of Graz and a co-organiser of ICEBI 07.
All payment processes and all money-transactions are carried out by Graz-Tourism.
Credit card data are not stored inside the Access Centre, therefore you have to re-enter them for later bookings.
- Security: your credit card data are transferred encrypted to Graz-Tourism and will only be stored on the certified, highly secured systems of Graz-Tourism.
We strongly recommend to use the https-protocol whenever you enter your credit card data into a web-form. All urls on our website linking to the Access Centre are https-urls.
In the course of time further user-roles can be assigned to your account, e.g. participant, confirmed participant, reviewer, chairperson etc. New roles can provide further functions inside the system.
